Jalal Ghias Beygi

Biography

Jalal Ghias Beygi is an interdisciplinary artist whose work explores the relationship between existence and technology, addressing themes such as the cyclical decay of the human body and the effects of technological acceleration.

He works across painting, sculpture, digital painting, animation and mixed media, integrating both traditional and digital techniques. His work has been exhibited internationally at venues including O Gallery and the Iranian Artists Forum in Tehran, Outlook Projects in Los Angeles, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition in New York. Ghias Beygi has also participated in artist residencies such as the L.A. Turner Residency and the Sculpture and Nature Residency on Kish Island, Iran.
