Marcus Herndon

Biography

Marcus Herndon is excited to join the faculty at Syracuse University’s Department of Drama! They are a graduate of the New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development with a master’s degree in vocal performance-music theatre and an advanced certificate in vocal pedagogy.

They are a performer, voice teacher and equity membership candidate (EMC) originally from Upstate New York. They will be teaching vocal technique to musical theater, acting and non-performance drama majors. Prior to Syracuse University, Herndon served as adjunct voice faculty at NYU Steinhardt.
