Biography
Kathryn M. Miranda teaches Alexander Technique classes at the Setnor School of Music and Onondaga Community College and often guest teaches at the College of Visual and Performing Arts’ Department of Drama.
She specializes in helping performers use the technique to deal with postural stress and performance anxiety while improving breathing coordination and movement choices.
Trained in New York City, Miranda taught at Mannes College of Music and The New School. In 2005, she opened Alexander Technique of Syracuse, a teaching studio for private students, teacher training and teacher refresher courses.
