Syracuse University students turned lived experience, empathy and emerging technology into innovative disability-inclusive solutions at the Intelligence++ Innovation Showcase, hosted at Bird Library on Dec. 9, 2025. The event marked the culmination of a semester-long interdisciplinary design course offered through Syracuse University’s School of Education Taishoff Center for Inclusive Higher Education-InclusiveU, the College of Visual and Performing Arts School of Design and Syracuse University Libraries.

The program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students across the University, including students with intellectual disability. Students partner to create accessible products and services with real-world impact, giving neurodivergent innovators a place to lead and offering all students the opportunity to design with people with disabilities rather than for them.
