Congratulations on your admission to Syracuse University and the College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA)! We’re eager to connect with you to share all that our college has to offer.

Below you will find in-person and virtual events that give you opportunities to connect with VPA students, faculty and staff. We hope you will join us for multiple sessions to learn more about the VPA student experience, ask questions and get excited for the fall semester!

Spring Receptions and Spring Previews

Meet current students, learn more about your academic program, explore our campus, and meet with representatives from many of the offices and student organizations at Syracuse University.

Join members of the VPA recruitment team and current VPA students to ask any questions you may have about the College of Visual and Performing Arts and Syracuse University, your major, resources and opportunities on campus, and more. Exploring Creative Careers

Join one of VPA’s career advisors for a discussion about how VPA supports and prepares students for successful careers in creative fields. The session will include a brief overview of the college’s career services and share information about career exploration, internship opportunities and examples, alumni engagement, and more! A question-and-answer session will follow.

Hosted by the University’s Office of Admission, learn more about the Syracuse University experience through an information session and alumni panel Q&A. 

VPA will have a special meet and greet opportunity prior to the main event in San Diego and after the main event in Los Angeles. Please watch for an email with details and instructions specific to the meet and greet.
