Alecia Zema

Biography

Alecia Zema serves as a budget and operations coordinator for the College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA), where she manages daily financial and administrative workflows to ensure organizational efficiency.

In her role, Zema oversees department-wide budget tracking, processes and reconciles financial accounts (RAPs), and audits employee travel and expense reimbursements. She also provides auxiliary support for the credit card transaction approval process and assists with day-to-day operations, including payroll, procurement and report generation.
